Together, these practices are designed to improve posture, restore mobility, build the muscular support required for long hours of seated work, helping you feel more comfortable throughout your workday.

B) Feeling stiff or fatigued from prolonged sitting
C) Limited awareness of posture, breathing, and movement habits
D) Knowing something needs to change, but not knowing where to start
If this sounds familiar, you are in the right place.
This course requires a commitment of 10–15 minutes per day, four times per week, over at least four weeks, and is designed to help you reduce neck and shoulder pain and address common issues associated with prolonged desk-based work.
With continued practice and by integrating these exercises into your routine, you can expect to:
Your posture will feel more natural and sustainable. You will develop greater body awareness, helping you recognise and address tension earlier. Over time, this can lead to a more comfortable, focused, and energised workday.

The aim of the course is to build a new habit of regular movement during your working hours and targeted, 10–15 min neck and upper back exercises which you can do at least 4 times a week during the duration of the course. The goal is to continue with this practice even after you finish with the course, 2–4 times a week.
Absolutely! As soon as you beginn to implement the practices taught in this course, you will notice positive changes. With 10–15 minutes of exercise 4 times a week, you will feel significant improvement in your neck and shoulders after 4 weeks.
Yes! :) The course offers simple exercises and is instructor-led, so even people with no previous experience with yoga practice can join.
Content we can find online is scattered over many channels and not structured in a logical way. It takes lots of time to check available resources and decide what to use. It also lacks instructor feedback and support. I already spent months researching this topic and you can save time by using the knowledge I gathered and am sharing with you as a ready product. Therefore, you maximise the ROI of your time.
This course has three main goals:
1. Education about the negative effects a sedentary lifestyle has on our health and wellbeing.
2. Teach you how to incorporate micro-breaks into your working day.
3. Offer targeted short classes (10–15 mins, pre-recorded) which will address neck pain and upper back stiffness and can easily be incorporated into your working day.
Full yoga classes will also be included so that you can do a longer practice in your free time. But the aim of the course is to introduce new habits during the 8–10 hours a day we spend sitting in front of the screen.
1. Structured materials which are easy to follow
2. Live workshops
3. Recordings if you can’t join live
4. Community page to ask questions
5. Follow-up session one month after the course ends
As a beginner to Yoga, I really appreciated how Anita tailored her instructions for each pose for starters, as well as more advanced practitioners. That let me stay within my confidence limits but also push myself where I felt I could. Anita is warm, calm and patient, and this transfers to her students.
Anita's classes are thoroughly well planned and consciously delivered according to the students abilities. I think this is so key yet often overlooked at many studios I've been to. Anita doesn't rush and answers questions to give more precise knowledge.
I have been attending Anita’s classes for over a year and been enjoying yoga for a couple of decades! Anita exudes calm. The class I attend has people of many different levels of ability and Anita ably caters for us all with modifications explained clearly. I love that she encourages us to concentrate on how a pose feels not how it looks. I feel very safe in her classes, able to push myself if I want to but always with the understanding that it’s also ok to spend the class just in Shavasana if that’s what is needed. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
Anita is an excellent yoga teacher – warm, friendly and highly professional. She will respect your capability but always take you a step further and move your boundaries. Even group practice is semi-private class since she is 100% dedicated to every participant, correcting you and suggesting how to improve. When practicing yoga with Anita you will feel the results very quickly: your physical, mental and emotional condition will improve. My sincere recommendation.
